Introduction

Transforming Investment Processes: KoreConX’s Mobile App Development Journey

KoreConX is a fintech where the main product is an end-to-end system for the entire investment process. The desktop version of the product is in the market, and the next step was to create a simplified version for mobile, allowing users to experience the entire process.

To achieve this, alignments were made with the CEO/Product Manager, Sales, Client Success, and developers to define deadlines and features. A 6-month timeframe was established, and the app should be developed for IOS and Android.
